Access to and use of the Clicool.it platform imply the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By checking the appropriate box, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted the following provisions.

Data Controller

Pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that the Data Controller of the data collected through the platform is Ricardo Ilardo. Privacy Protection and Prohibition of Transfer to Third Parties

Clicool.it applies a strict confidentiality policy. It is formally guaranteed that no personal data, including email addresses and phone numbers of registered users, will under any circumstances be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties. All collected information is used exclusively for purposes strictly related to the internal operations of the platform.

Mandatory Google Account

The infrastructure of Clicool.it strictly requires the user (merchant) to have a valid and active Google account to use the offered services.

Non-transferability of Operating Tools

The system generates and delivers to the customer an operational copy based on Google Sheets. These files and the related cloned spreadsheets for the operation of the individual merchant are strictly personal and are in no way transferable or assignable to third parties.

Supported Devices for Operational Management

The essential operation of the system – including order management, viewing individual order details, and sending the "READY" status message to the end customer – must be performed exclusively via a computer (desktop or laptop). The use of mobile devices (smartphones or tablets) for these specific operations is not supported.

Area: Limitations of Liability

Tampering with Spreadsheets

Clicool.it provides a functioning technical architecture at the time of activation. In the event of structural modification, alteration, "piracy," or any intentional or unintentional tampering with the Google Sheet by the user, Clicool.it disclaims all liability. There is no obligation for assistance or restoration for malfunctions resulting from such alterations.

Third-Party Services: Telephone Bot

Any use of the telephone Bot service is supported but provided by a third-party provider. Its operation, stability, and continuity of service do not depend in any way on Clicool.it. The company/creator is completely relieved of any liability for malfunctions, disruptions, or damages arising from the use of this Bot.

Non-payment and Commercial Liability

Clicool.it acts solely as a provider of technological infrastructure and is not an integral part of commercial transactions. In the event of non-payment by end customers, fraud, or economic disputes relating to processed orders, the responsibility lies solely with the buyer and the merchant. Clicool.it declines all responsibility for uncollected debts or damages suffered.

Tax Compliance and Document Issuance

Clicool.it does not manage accounting or tax returns for its users. Each merchant is solely responsible for issuing the regular and mandatory tax documents for every commercial transaction generated through the platform. Clicool.it is expressly relieved of any liability for tax, civil, or criminal non-compliance committed by the merchant.

Free Service and Right of Review

Until further formal notice, the use of Clicool.it services is free. However, the management reserves the unilateral and unappealable right to review, limit, or suspend accounts that exhibit disproportionately high activity or anomalous traffic volumes that compromise system efficiency.

Variations of Economic Conditions

Any possible and future variation regarding the introduction of costs, tariffs, or paid plans will be communicated to users with adequate and sufficient notice before it comes into effect.

Area: Nature of the Project and Experimental Phase

Exemption from Presumption of Income and Non-Profit Nature

It is formally declared that the Clicool.it platform is currently an IT prototype in the testing phase ("Beta Testing") and experimental promotion. The software development is amateur and independent in nature, and it is made available temporarily without any profit motive.

The infrastructure does not currently generate any commercial revenue, direct or indirect, in favor of its creator and developer. Any economic transaction, exchange of goods, or provision of services that takes place using the platform is exclusively attributable to the merchant user, who takes full and sole responsibility for their own tax and income position regarding the Financial Administration.

Clicool.it does not constitute a business activity for its creator, acting merely as an operational test tool without a lucrative profile.
